Lamsa for salons
You already have the clients. What you do not have is one place where their appointments live, so they arrive as Instagram messages, WhatsApp voice notes and a notebook by the till, and the back-and-forth eats hours that could have been chair time.
What you get on day one
- A booking page carrying your services, your prices and your team, at a link you can put in your Instagram bio.
- A day and week agenda for the whole team, in Beirut time, that refuses a double booking rather than letting one through.
- A client list that remembers who came, what they had, and what they paid.
- An email confirmation the moment a booking is made, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment.
- Prices in dollars and in lira, at a rate that is written down and fixed to each booking.
- Reviews only from clients who actually came: a completed appointment is the only way anyone can leave one.
What it costs
The first 30 days are free, with everything switched on. After that there are three plans, monthly or yearly, and the yearly rate is lower. The prices themselves are on the home page, where they are read from the billing system rather than typed into a page like this one, so the number you read is the number you are charged. Your clients pay nothing at any point, and we take no commission on what they pay you.
What salon owners ask before signing up
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Starting needs nothing but a signup. When the 30 days end you can pay by Whish, OMT, bank transfer or cash, and we record it as received so your page stays live.
- Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?
- No. There is no commission, on any plan. Your clients pay you directly, exactly as they do now.
- Is my client list mine?
- Yes. It is yours and it stays yours. We do not sell it, we do not market to it, and no other salon on Lamsa can see a single row of it.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your booking page stops taking new appointments. Your data stays exactly where it is, and you find it as you left it the day you start again.
- Which languages does my page appear in?
- Arabic, French and English. You write your services and your description in all three, and each client reads the one they chose.
- Does my whole team see everything?
- You decide. There is owner, manager and staff, each sees something different, and you choose the role when you add the person.
